One of the key men in the All Blacks World Cup winning set up is switching to the Wallabies.
Former skills coach Mick Byrne is joining the Australian Rugby Union on a four year deal, working from junior level programmes on programmes.
Byrne spent a decade in his role with the All Blacks but moved back home to Australia earlier this year.
