Dixon Wins 4th IndyCar Championship

Scott Dixon has won a fourth IndyCar championship.

He's won the final race of the season in Sonoma, California making up the points differential of 47 points heading into the race when he was third.

Dixon finished equal on competition points with Juan Pablo Montoya, who finished sixth, one spot off what would have given him the title.

Dixon's struggling to comprehend what he's achieved.

"You constantly kind of know where they are and you're trying to calculate points as well and if they were saying nothing I knew it was going to be extremely close...I can't believe it!"
