Shapeshifter announce The Mix

Shapeshifter are announcing The Mix, a one-of-a-kind show to heat up The Powerstation and Meow Nui this winter.

The legendary NZ electronic collective will blend their iconic catalogue with some of the biggest anthems in dance music history – mashed up, recontextualised, recombined and all performed live.

Expect the full arsenal: heavy drops, soulful vocals, high energy drums and surprise mashups to tear the roof off. This isn’t a DJ set - it’s a live performance, rebuilt for the dancefloor.

“This is something we’ve wanted to do for a long time! We’re bringing the energy of a classic DJ style mix to the stage, but with the full Shapeshifter live treatment. We’ve been influenced by this music, and these tracks have shaped us just as much as our own - so we’re gonna mix and mash them up together - live with instruments!”
