Roberto Esquivel Cabrera’s penis is actually 18.9 inches long, with six inches of it being his actual penis, and the rest ‘extra skin’ according to doctors.

In the video, it can be seen wrapped up as he weighs and measures it.

He says it's actually hindered his sex life because women are too scared to go near it.

The man, from Saltillo, in the north-eastern Mexican state of Coahuila, even went as far as to have an X-ray to satisfy those who doubted him, with his penis size then being confirmed as ‘genuine’ by medical professionals.

He claimed: "Look where it is, it goes far below the knees. I cannot do anything, I cannot work, and I am a disabled so I want authorities to declare me as a disabled person and give me support. Then, I want to go to the Guinness to get recognition."

It doesn't only affect his sex life, but Cabrera says he finds it hard to get a job and can't leave the house. He wants to be registered as disabled because of this.
