Devil In The Details - Courtnay & The Unholy Reverie

The band features Courtnay Low on lead vocals/rhythm guitar, Riley Smith on lead guitar, James Mora on drums and Keith Parker on bass/vocals.

The four have vastly different influences from blues, to metal to reggae/dub. Each member brings their own flair and skills to the melting pot to create CATUR’s sound. 

Fans can look forward to a full length album to be released at the end of the year named Trouble/Grace

Devil in the Details is about finding yourself in the same place over and over again, and wondering why nothing ever changes while quietly knowing you’re part of the reason it doesn’t. That uncomfortable space between recognising the pattern and actually doing something to break it.

We recorded this song in 15 hours at The Lab studio in Auckland with Clint Murphy and Greg Haver, then it was fired off to the states to be mixed by Ryan Smith from Sterling Sound and we’re super chuffed with the final product and hope you like it too!
