Legendary Aotearoa rockers Push Push make an emphatic return with their first new song in eight years: 'E.P.B. (Clutching At The Sky)'. It's is a time-warped, re-built version of the live favourite, 'Euphoric Plunder In Bliss', from their classic 1992 album A Trillion Shades Of Happy.

In-house producer Andy Kane used AI tools to strip the vocals from the original album recording, then set about re-arranging the track, riff by riff. Drummer Scott Cortese and bassist Steve Abplanalp then re-recorded the rhythm section at Depot Studios in Auckland, while Sydney-based guitarists Silver and Kane did their parts in Kane's home studio.  The end result is a raw, driving powerhouse that is a real world example of how AI tools can intersect with human creativity to create something fresh and exciting.
