Rock Royalty and Queens of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme has spoken about the possibility of a Them Crooked Vultures, one of the worlds greatest supergroups, comeback during a fan AMA on reddit, saying he would love to get the band back together — but ultimately it’s not his call to make.

In a response to a fan who asked whether Vultures would ever record a new album, Homme explained, “It’s sort of not my job to put Vultures back together, that’s Dave [Grohl]’s job. My job is to dance around, write words, and try to write some music.”

Homme also mentioned “I really want to — Dave knows this. I really want Vultures to get back together and do one more round.”

Them Crooked Vultures formed back in early 2009 and features Homme, Grohl, Led Zeppelin’s John Paul Jones, and Alain Johannes and released their first and only album to date in November 2009. The Self titled album debuted at number 12 on the Billboard 200 charts and the single ‘New Fang’ won them the Grammy for Best Hard Rock Performance.
