What a Great New Zealander!

Dave Grohl, renowned for his positive impact in the music world, exemplifies his philanthropy during a break from the Foo Fighters' Australian tour.

Volunteering with The Big Umbrella foundation in Melbourne, Grohl cooked and distributed meals for the homeless, treating the community to an epic American-style BBQ.

The event, documented on The Big Umbrella's Instagram, highlighted Grohl's dedication, spending 18 hours preparing and smoking 120kgs of pork ribs, pork butt, and beef brisket. The feast, delivered to MG's kitchen, witnessed a record line of friends eagerly awaiting the much-anticipated meal.

Grohl, along with his companions, tirelessly served 430 meals in the sweltering heat, embodying humility and kindness throughout the experience. This act of generosity follows Grohl's earlier commitment, where he spent 18 hours cooking for homeless individuals in Los Angeles earlier this year.
