Metallica's mysterious countdown clock which hits zero on Friday

What could it mean...

Above is a recent post on Metallica's social media featuring a link to the Metallicaxx.com web site.

When you go to the website you find a countdown clock that is scheduled to hit zero on Friday at 8am NZT. No official information has been released but fans are speculating that the band is preparing to announce some kind of a release related to the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the original 'S&M' concerts.
