Six decades after embarking on their inaugural U.S. tour, the Rolling Stones continue to dominate stages. The revered rock legends are set to kick off a 16-city journey on April 28 in Houston, showcasing their well-received new album, "Hackney Diamonds," and delving into their extensive catalog of hits.

Sponsored by the age-appropriate AARP, the stadium tour will visit various cities, including Las Vegas, Atlanta, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. The band will make a detour on May 2 to perform at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.

Tickets for the tour will be available for purchase starting at 10 a.m. local time on December 1 through ticketmaster.com.

Notably, it hasn't been too long since the band last graced stadium stages; in September 2021, they resumed their No Filter tour after a 16-month pandemic delay.

Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, and Ronnie Wood of The Stones are experiencing a studio renaissance with "Hackney Diamonds," marking their first album release since 2005. The album achieved an impressive debut, claiming the top spot on the U.K. albums chart and landing at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 album chart. This accomplishment solidifies them as the first act to achieve a top 10 album in each decade since the 1960s.

The Grammy Awards on February 4 will see the single "Angry" contending for Best Rock Song, adding to the band's three career wins. Notably, "Hackney Diamonds" holds significance as it marks the Stones' first album release since the passing of drummer Charlie Watts in 2021.

The album's unveiling took place at an intimate, exclusive show in October at the Racket NYC club, attended by a select few hundred guests. During the performance, the band showcased several intense new tracks and infused classics such as "Shattered" and "Jumpin' Jack Flash" with a spirited youthful energy. Lady Gaga, featured on the album track "Sweet Sounds of Heaven," joined forces with Jagger for a powerful duet.
