Police Investigating Death Of Pedestrian

Police are investigating the death of a pedestrian near an Auckland train station last night.

Emergency services were called to the scene at Morningside Drive just before 7pm yesterday.

The incident occurred at a barrier controlled road, rail and pedestrian crossing.

Train services were disrupted for some time and Morningside Drive was temporarily closed to all vehicles and pedestrian traffic.
