This week Rolling Stone reached out to the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) in the U.S and got a list of "Drug Slang Code Words". Here's the list of nicknames for Marijuana that you should avoid using when you're texting 'old mate':

Some are non-English or refer to specific marijuana strains rather than general code. Others like “devil’s lettuce” and “nug” have been around for years. Here’s the full list of new additions:
