Leading 15-9 at the break thanks to an Israel Dagg double, Julian Savea and Dane Coles both crossed in the second half as New Zealand out-muscled Australia.

Coles said it's pleasing to have put out another solid performance.

"I'm just proud of the effort. It wasn't easy, mate. We had to work bloody hard for that."
