Mitchell Marsh and John Hastings have guided Australia to a four wicket win in the second Chappell-Hadlee one-dayer in Wellington.

They've put together an unbeaten 86 run partnership to chase down New Zealand's 281 for nine with three and a half overs to spare.

Marsh has finished on 69, with Hastings 48.

New Zealand were in contention when they took six wickets for 75 to reduce Australia to 197 for six in the 33rd over.

David Warner and Usman Khawaja had earlier put on 122 at the top of the order.

The three match series is now level at one-all, with the final match in Hamilton on Monday.
