A week of hard questions for the Blues leadership group as they look to rebound from a humiliating defeat in South Africa.

The Blues are in Perth to take on the Force tomorrow night, on the back of their heavy loss to the Lions in Johannesburg.

Captain James Parsons said while there's a wealth of experience in the squad, the leaders still need to take charge more.

"It is a senior team, but in terms of the senior leadership group being together and knowing each other, it's just about finding out feet as one group."

"I do think as a leadership group we're still learning, and I'm upfront and honest about that."

"Whether we've got these caps or experience we haven't always been in these leadership positions."

Coach Tana Umaga has made only three changes to his starting 15.

Lock Josh Bekhuis returns to bolster the Blues for tomorrow's match.

Bekhuis is back having overcome a calf injury, while in the backs Billy Guyton starts at halfback with Matt Duffie coming onto the right wing, shifting Melani Nanai to fullback.
