Breakers May Have Pledger Back Sooner Than Expected

The Breakers expect to have Alex Pledger back on the court much sooner than anticipated.
The Tall Blacks centre has been recovering from toe surgery that has sidelined him for six months.
Breakers coach Dean Vickerman was expecting to be without him for the first month of the ANBL season, however he now believes he'll be back in the first round.
He said he'll play some part in either their home or away game and will just be training by himself until then.
The Breakers leave for the pre-season Blitz in Townsville tomorrow.
