The Brisbane Roar have come from a goal behind to defeat the Wellington Phoenix 2-1 in Cairns.
Striker Roy Krishna gave the visitors the lead just before halftime, but the contest was levelled in the 71st minute and Brisbane secured the win moments later.
The Phoenix move up to fourth momentarily on the ladder.
The match was played in stifling heat with the mercury reaching 29 degrees.
