Warriors prop James Gavet has escaped any charge from the NRL match review committee.

Gavet was put on report for a dangerous "cannon ball" tackle on Storm fullback Cameron Munster in the Warriors 21-14 loss at Mount Smart Stadium.

However he will face no charge.

Eels five-eighth Kieran Foran has been charged with contact to a match official, but can escape a one game ban with an early guilty plea.
