Jimmy Neesham Ruled Out Of First Test

Another injury setback for Black Caps all-rounder Jimmy Neesham.

He's been ruled out of consideration for this week's first cricket test against India in Kanpur, after copping a blow to his ribs in the nets last week.

Fellow all-rounder Corey Anderson will soon rejoin the Black Caps after a nine-month absence.

Anderson will play as a batsman only in next month's one-day series against India and says his role may change as a result.

The one-day squad leaves for India on Sunday.
