Kaino Out For Season Start

The Blues will start the Super Rugby season without their captain.

NZME understands Jerome Kaino will be suspended by New Zealand Rugby for a week for striking Chiefs prop Pauliasi Manu in their pre-season match in Pukekohe.

Kaino received a red card for the incident.

He'll miss the first match of the season against the Highlanders this Friday night at Eden Park.
