Kieran Foran Walks Away From League - Report

Kiwis and Parramatta Eels league star Kieran Foran has quit rugby league, walking away from his $5 million contract with the Eels, according to reports.

Phil Rothfield of the Daily Telegraph reports that the pressure of dealing with personal issues has convinced the champion five-eighth to quit and take an indefinite break from the NRL.

According to Rothfield, Foran told Eels coach Brad Arthur of his decision yesterday morning.
