Marler Fined Thousands For "Gypsy Boy" Insult

England prop Joe Marler has been banned for two club matches and fined 20 thousand pounds by World Rugby for calling Wales forward Samson Lee a gypsy boy during a Six Nations test.
Marler had already avoided punishment by Six Nations organisers, but World Rugby stepped in and conducted its own investigation.
The Harlequins forward has seven days to appeal against the decision.
