A stern Andrew McFadden has delivered a reality check to the Warriors playing group.

After a fortnight of turmoil and angst, the Warriors camp is in a confident mood after an impressive NRL display against the Broncos.

McFadden said one win isn't good enough and they must capitalise on their games against the Knights and Roosters.

"We have to build some momentum, obviously we're on the bottom half of the ladder and we need to string some performances together - it starts this week."

McFadden is unsure if the siege-mentality was what got his side ticking.

"We've been under lots of pressure and we had to use that technique, but I think we've just got to understand what works for us, and just try and prepare for that every week."

"I felt like with the Broncos game we were building to that, training well but it just hadn't presented on the park."

"We just have to focus on what matters and that is preparation."

Andrew McFadden concedes there was a sigh of relief when Thomas Leuluai returned to training fit and healthy after a scare against the Broncos.
