Nemani Nadolo has been suspended for four weeks for a lifting tackle in the Crusaders' big Super Rugby win over the Brumbies on Sunday.

The blockbusting Crusaders winger has pleaded guilty to committing a dangerous tackle on Brumbies halfback Tomas Cubelli late in the first half.

SANZAAR judicial officer Chris Morris has handed down a four-week ban, but it's effectively a three-match suspension.

The Crusaders have the bye this week, but they've provided evidence he would have been selected to play club rugby this weekend.

Nadolo will miss Super Rugby matches against Reds, Highlanders and Waratahs.
