Peyton Manning's sickened by allegations he took human growth hormone to recovery from neck surgery in 2011.

In an explosive report, Al Jazeera claims an Indianapolis anti-aging clinic provided the decorated NFL quarterback with HGH.

The documentary's source Charlie Sly has since recanted his story.

Manning has told ESPN he's never taken HGH.

"It stings me, whoever this guy is insinuating that I cut corners, I broke NFL rules, in order to get healthy. It's a joke, it's a freaking joke."

The documentary links a number of other high-profile athletes to the anti-aging clinic, including baseballers Ryan Howard and Ryan Zimmerman and boxer Mike Tyson.
