The fourth ODI between the Black Caps and Sri Lanka in Nelson may be affected by the weather.

As Bryan Waddle reports, heavy rain is falling over Saxton Oval this morning.

He said a reduced overs match is a distinct possibility with misty low cloud around the hills in Nelson.

Rain is forecast for much of the day much to the distaste of the Black Caps who'll be keen to make amends for their eight wicket loss in the third ODI.
