Leeds striker Chris Wood will captain a green looking All Whites squad for the OFC Nations Cup in Papua New Guinea.

There's four debutants, although the return of 2010 World Cup qualifying hero Rory Fallon, Shane Smeltz, Michael McGlinchey and Kosta Barbarouses add some experience to the attacking end.

Ipswich forward Monty Patterson, defensive pair Luke Adams from South Melbourne FC and Kip Colvey from the San Jose Quakes and goalkeeper Max Crocombe are in line for their first caps during the tournament in Papua New Guinea.

In a stunning move, coach Anthony Hudson has barred Tommy Smith from further selection due to indecision on his availability but has reiterated West Ham defender Winston Reid remains committed to the team.
