Dave Williams is part-way through one of the hardest, most inspirational physical and mental challenges we’ve heard of.
In 2013 he set a goal to become the first person to climb the highest mountain in each continent from the nearest feasible coastline. That meant, in some cases, running 10 marathons in 9 days, then climbing for six. Insane. And he’s now completed four, with three to go (including Everest which will involve 32 marathons then 60 days of climbing!!).
He’s doing it all to raise money for men’s mental health and this epic podcast featuring near death experiences, grizzly bears, 100km winds, mental strength, drama at gunpoint, conquering ego, and asking for help, is not to be missed.
