Mascarenhas Resigns As Black Caps Bowling Coach

Dimitri Mascarenhas will step down from his role as Black Caps bowling coach at the end of next month's series against Australia.

The former England international has been in the role for less than a year.

Mascarenhas says it was a great opportunity for him, but he needs to spend more quality time with his family.

He says at first he thought he could balance the responsibilities but he no longer thinks that's feasible.

New Zealand Cricket has already begun the process to replace him.
