Brendon McCullum hasn't ruled out testifying again against former teammate Chris Cairns.

The Black Caps captain has fronted the media for the first time since Cairns was found not guilty for perjury, and says he stands by all the evidence he gave.

Lalit Modi will bring a $3.3 million civil claim for fraud against Cairns in London's High Court next year.

McCullum won't be drawn on whether he'll be back to give evidence.

"This is not the forum to be discussing that sort of thing. We'll see what happens down the line."

McCullum also said that he stands by all the evidence he gave during the trial.

"It's obviously a pretty big deal in New Zealand cricket, but now that it is all over, it's certainly time to move on."

"From my point of view, I'm very comfortable with the evidence that I gave."

The Black Caps meet Sri Lanka in the first test in Dunedin tomorrow.
